The room was clean and honestly extremely comfortable beds, amenities were great, and the Bistro was a great touch to the hotel. « Had a problem with the shower, called front desk, no maintenance available, it was around 10 PM. Said they would call in the morning at 8 am and no call back and no maintenance showed up. Customer Service was very poor and not very friendly. »

Out of all the hotels that we stayed at on our trip this one was the very best and cleanest. During in the middle of renovating all the rooms. A very excellent choice for the price that you pay for night. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good too. »

« I stayed at this hotel after Expedia helped me find a replacement location when there were issues with my original reservation. Unfortunately, my experience from check-in to check-out was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the building. At check-in, I waited approximately 15 minutes while the two employees at the front desk carried on a conversation with each other. They only stopped when the phone rang, and one of them finally...

« The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me. »
