January getaway

We spent 12 nights here over New Year’s and into the New Year. Location is very close to beach. Even though it was January we walked the beach multiple times a day. We also enjoyed the balcony to catch the morning sun. The owner was very responsive to any question we had. The layout worked well for us a I worked during our stay so the extra bedroom was my office. Tybee require you pay to park in public spaces, this location was great as we could walk so many places and left the car parked in the garage.

Excellent vacation condo

Location was perfect

Perfect location to shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach! Beds were comfy and the whole place was very clean. Wish the water pressure was better and more tv channels for when the kids wants to relax. But overall it was amazing!

Great Vacation Experience

Convenient Location to Pier and shops

This was my second stay at this property. Both times were easy and pleasant stays with the one exception of the elevator breaking on our last day. Multiple trips up and down stairs with luggage and supplies in the heat was no fun. But when I notified owner of the problem he responded to ME right away. I'm guessing an elevator repairman is not someone who responds immediately to requests for assistance, though. I would stay here again.

Good Property - Very close to the beach

Clean and well maintained property. Less than 5 mins walk to the beach. The elevator seems like goes no where, but it is just a slow elevator. Warm shower outside to rinse off all the sand is a very good amenity.

Nice Condo with no view of the Beach

First the good things- The apartment is lovely. The owners have meticulously planned for everything necessary in the kitchen. The linens, towels and supplies were fantastic. The location is as said- near the shops and restaurants and pier. There is a wheelchair mat that goes onto the beach and the pier is quite close. The elevator works- we were able to get our daughter, wheelchair and all, into the condo after fiddling with the elevator for a period of time. This was my first attempt at calling the manager who did not answer or return my call. The average things- The view includes many rooftops. The condo balcony overlooks a bunch of wires and rooftops. This made for quite an entertaining wildlife view as the entire time we were there, birds and squirrels played at arms length from us. It was truly entertaining. Bad things- The manager does not return phone calls. The tv system works sporadically at best and even on the instructed settings, only received a few channels. There was no beach or ocean view at all. I believe there might have been a crack above the roofline with a small triangle of ocean, but only if you imagined very hard. The street that houses the condo is quite dirty. There was a lot of trash on the ground and dog feces that was not cleaned up for the entire weekend at the end of the street. Overall, the condo worked for us as we needed wheelchair access and proximity to the beach. It would have been nice to have an ocean view since taking a wheelchair out is complicated even in the best of situations.

Overall would recommend

We just completed our stay in this condo. The condo was exactly like the pictures. Really clean and in a great location! The only complaints that we had was that the AC was locked to 68 but the condo stayed between 72-75 degrees during the day and would never actually cool off. At night the rooms did at least cool down but the main living area never did. The condo was located on the middle floor and you can hear the neighbors above you. Also when anyone is on the elevator you can hear ever word that is said almost like they are in your condo. The great things about this condo was that it’s walking distance to the beach and the main strip on the beach so there wasn’t much need to drive anywhere once you get there. This was our first time staying here and might be an option to continue staying here in the future for us.

Wonderful Property

Beach Wedding 2020

Very relaxing, stylish and enjoyed the open entertaining area. The unit was clean and inviting it was comfortable for our party of 5. We had a delay receiving information to enter unit but was able to make contact with owner who made that information available. I recommend this rental and would stay here in the future

The proximity to the beach and Tybisa St. were great!. The property was clean, quiet and had all the necessaries including coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer. Multiple tvs is nice when multiple tv tastes involved. The elevator opening into the condo was nice. That elevator is the slowest elevator in the world so it's a good thing it didn't have to go far. Would rent again.
