The dryer in the unit was bad. We didn’t find this out until we washed a load of clothes. We contacted the office on Friday and they were supposed to get maintenance out to check it. I was troubleshooting to try and see what was wrong with it and found that the breaker was thrown. I called the office back to tell them so they could let maintenance know and we still didn’t see anyone. We had to air dry our clothes.

We were so pleased with the accommodations! It was very clean and well equipped. We had so much fun at the beach and it was so easy to shop and dine out by just walking a few minutes.

The condo was more spacious than we thought. Very comfortable and convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Property management could provide more information in regards to what additional items you may need for your stay. No cleaning supplies or extra towels. We received 1 per person. Overall very happy with this unit and would book it again.

At first glance, this condo seems to have everything: centrally located, nice view of the beach/ ocean, tastefully-appointed decor, etc. AND all of those things are true! When you stay here you are located right on the main thoroughfare with restaurants and shops located right beneath your balcony- just take the elevator down and walk out to all Tybee has to offer. The walk over across the street to the beach is very short- you can be on the beach in no time. Inside the condo you will find lovely decor and comfortable beds. But there are also CONS: be aware that you will hear noise from the street below, and at all hours of night and day. Also take note that You will also smell the smells from the restaurants. While my friend and I were there we had to deal with an infestation of flies. From what we don’t know- could be the restaurants or could be that doors and windows had been left open to let out the distinct odor of cigarette smoke that lingered when we checked in. We immediately notified management of these issues snd they WERE responsive, but we dealt with the issues all week. Also note that parking is extremely tight- as in cars are packed into the parking garage as tightly as can be. So, while the condo is lovely and location is convenient, there are issues that should be addressed before renters check- in.

This is the 2nd time we’ve rented this condo & we luv it. I will admit though, we miss the comfy mattress/feather bed that was there the previous time (several years back), but we still loved the condo. We live the proximity to the pier, beach, & Savannah. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo was exactly as described. Be prepared for some noise at night as the central location places you between two busy restaurants/bars, but that's the price you pay for being on the Strand.

The property directly overlooks The Strand, the main drag in front of the beach, across from the pier and in walking distance a dozen of dining and nightlife options. Bring your earplugs... the master suite is next to Strand.

This Condo was nicely furnished and has a great deck and view of the beach. We had trouble with tv function and the rental office responded immediately by sending over an experienced person who reprogrammed them. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

The condo was spacious, had a great ocean view, large balcony and was very clean. The one and ONLY complaint was the water put out a bad odor every time we used it. We used bottle water for drinking and hopefully the odor issue will get fixed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

It was a great place to stay for a weekend! It was the perfect amount of room plus extra floor room if needed to use a blow up mattress. It was convenient to everything in Tybee to get to and see. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall a good place. It was clean, easy access to area and beach. the drains ran very slow in the guest bath, and the toilet was loose. It could also use some updating in the furniture department, some of the pieces were quite worn and dirty. The King bed in the master was a bit uncomfortable, I would suggest a new mattress. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The crew at Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals were great, friendly, and accommodating.

The condominium was perfect for our family of 5 and was well furnished. There are a few things that need updated but overall it was great. The parking garage is a nice feature and is easily accessible by stairs to the room. The whole Sandpiper property sits between two eateries/bars which was challenging a couple of nights due to people being loud walking down the street, (could not leave window up to hear the ocean), however in the two back bedrooms it was quiet. This property is within short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, and the pier which made it convenient. It was too hot for one party member to spend much time at the beach so she thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching. Overall, I would recommend it.
