Cette efficacité 1BR / 1BA est exactement ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade en couple agréable.

Nous avons en fait dĂ©cidĂ© de rester dans le condo, qui est au-dessus du condo d'origine., Le condo dans lequel nous avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă©tait impeccable. Une salle de bains BR et une salle de bains et demi. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner. Le lit et le canapĂ© Ă©taient trĂšs confortables. Le balcon extĂ©rieur avait aussi de beaux meubles confortables. Captain Jacks nous Ă  quelques pas du Condo, ce qui est certainement une bonne idĂ©e. Chaque matin, nous nous levions et allions au quai pour pĂȘcher et crabe. La seule chose que nous avons vraiment aimĂ© laver la vie privĂ©e et de cette unitĂ©. . C'Ă©tait trĂšs calme et paisible !!! Tyner Beach est Ă  seulement 1, 5 miles. Jimmy Edwards, le propriĂ©taire, est incroyable! Il est tellement gentil et aimable. et laisse ses locataires profiter de leur sĂ©jour. En d'autres termes, ne vous dĂ©range pas sauf si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Donc, intimider les pollinisateurs, placez-vous prĂšs du paradis, alors c’est un endroit pour, c’est l’endroit pour vous. Jimmy, merci d'avoir rĂ©pondu si rapidement Ă  nos appels et Ă  nos SMS., Merci de votre gentillesse et de votre jovialitĂ©, chaque fois que nous avons appelĂ© pour poser des questions. Very comfortable and relaxing stay on Tybee Island

Great place to spend a few days while checking out the area. The dock was very relaxing and convenient to be able to fish and bird watch from. My wife and I would definitly recomend staying here

I loved the boat dock behind the property. I went down in the morning and I felt as if I was somewhere far far away from anywhere. I sat and watched the birds dive for breakfast and just listened to all the sounds in nature. I have no complaints about my stay. I look forward to visiting again.

Hidden Gem

I selfishly don’t want to post a review because this place feels like a hidden gem. We loved our stay here. It was perfect for my wife, our toddler, and myself. Surprisingly larger than expected and felt like I could have had a couple more people with us and still been comfortable. The dock and screened in back patio was a nice touch. Very convenient location, only minutes from the downtown/beach area but away from all the busy hustle and bustle. Also very convenient if you want to drive into Savannah. Window and wall AC units in tandem with the dehumidifier were more than sufficient to keep it very comfortable, despite the mid-June heat. I’m not fully convinced that the main bed is a queen like the listing said, but as soon as I laid down, I didn’t even care because the bed was so amazingly comfortable. The owner was very pleasant, helpful and quick to respond with any concerns. We will definitely be back!

We felt it was very musty, disappointed the water out back would leave and it was smelly mud a couple times a day. There were bugs, and the bed did not work as far as it was suppose to lift the head and foot and we left a day early because it was not a good experience. Disappointed over all

Anniversary weekend trip

3 condos, 1 up & 2 down. We stayed in the left down condo. Dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to beach and stores. Nice screened in back porch and floating dock. Home has moisture, but that’s to be expected being on the water. Would definitely book again.

Overall very nice and cozy

I loved the place , it was nice and cozy and loved having our own patio and dock.The one thing I didn't like was the deadbolt would not work at all on the front door.That gave an uneasy feeling at night and when we were gone. I also could not get the bedroom TV to turn on. I would still come back it was a quiet getaway for our first time in Tybee Island.

Cute Quant little property. Very easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Could use a little TLC. Downstairs unit has low ceilings. Shower was narrow. Not enough negatives to keep me from booking again.

Trip to Savannah

The condo looked like the pictures on the site. The area was very quiet and was easy to find. The only downside for us was the distance to Savannah I did not realize how far (approx 20 mins) it was when we wanted to go back to go out to eat. Other than that it was a pleasant place to stay.

Pleasant stay

Apartment was conveniently located, nicely decorated and had the basics of what you would need. The bathtub needs to be replaced badly as the crack is now a whole and he shower handle is still missing. The railings on the gangplank to the lower deck also are in very badshape. We had problems with the bedroom tv so I called the owner and he was great. Even tho Jimmy was on vacation he arranged for a friend to come over the same day to check out the problem. Mike was there almost 2 hrs and got the tv working again. Also, the living room furniture could use a good deep cleaning.

Overall the property was what I was looking for

The place was quaint and quite, what I was looking for during my trip to Savannah. My only problem during my 3 day stay, the whole place smelled musty like wet dog and the tub was cracked and shower didn't spray well. Minor maintenance. All in all 5 stars.

Highly recommend

The only real issue was the bath tub has a cracked in it and they put tape on it instead of repairing or replacing the unit and there was no shower handle it was missing again an easy fix but it wasn't. The property owner was great to work with he decorated the place for my wife's birthday and Christmas at a very reasonable rate. A great person to work with.

Nice size living room back porch and deck all together. Could use a few more cooking items. Pots pans and silverware. Bathtub has a crack that needs to be fixed. Otherwise great little place.

Sweet Little Apartment

We stayed here with the intention of visiting Savannah, which was about a 20-25 min. drive. It was a comfortable place to stay. I was with friend and she took the bed while I used the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen was nice, but was not well stocked with cookware. OK to do simple meals. Great refrigerator and stove. All were clean. If you are looking for upper end accommodations you will be disappointed. Felt this was a decent place for a reasonable price. Also, the beaches are less than 10 min. away and they are AMAZING!

Great location but needed some repairs

We stayed at this condo for Labor Day weekend, it’s in a great spot and was mostly well maintained. Unfortunately we can’t give this stay the best rating as we found that the septic tank had backed up into the shower, water was leaking from the bottom of the toilet, and water was dripping from our ceiling due to septic problems from the condo above us. Communication with the owner was easy, he knew the septic was backed up because the condo next to us already had an issue. We were provided with some extra towels and asked that we keep towels around the toilet. We poured Clorox (that we purchased) in the shower every time we wanted to use it to try and kill any bacteria and we showered with our flip flops on. The owner informed us that he was trying to get a plumber out and that he would refund some of our money due to the problem. As of today, we have not received any refund. Nice place in Tybee apart from the plumbing problem, but this happened to be a significant issue for us during this stay.
