„The house with the fenced yard was excellent for our needs with 2 dogs and 5 people. Only issue was there wasn't much info provided about things like where to put the trash, setting up the tv, or any checkout instructions. But the property was really nice.“

„This property has been the most secluded one that we’ve stayed at. The most relaxing one as well. Breath taking views direct river access with a cute picnic table and bonfire, there’s nothing more you could ask for. The farm workers were very nice and welcoming. This beautiful cozy home had everything we needed to accommodate our stay. Just be sure to go grocery shopping before you head to the house. It is a 30 min drive from when you lose service and 40 min from anywhere else like grocery store ...

„We came to Bristol for a show at the Hard Rock. The property is several miles away but we were able to uber without difficulty. The property owners were on top of everything. We didn’t have trash bags or an iron and within an hour both were being delivered. There were 4 couples and we usually stay in rentals with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. „Our stay was great. The home is extremely clean and decorated so nicely. It also has everything you need for your stay. And the view was amazing. It’s close to town but you have a country view. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Johnson City. “

„Well furnished, roomy home in a beautiful setting. Kitchen, eating, and gathering place is great for large crowds. The separate bedrooms each having bathroom access is a real plus. The only negative would be the limited access to the lake or upper and lower levels of the house for anyone with mobility issues. We did have to shorten our stay due to winter weather warnings because access to the house could be difficult in bad weather. “
