The apartment was easy to find, the parking was very close by and the hosts did an excellent job of explaining the parking options and check in process. The small kitchen was very efficient and while we only prepared simple meals, the full size fridge and stove top, plus provided plates/cups/glassware would make cooking family meals a breeze. « We booked a 3-night stay at this property through Expedia, but it was an absolute nightmare from the moment we arrived. The house was severely infested with over a thousand flies, covering my kids' faces and hands within minutes and making them sick. When we contacted the host, they dismissively claimed bugs are "common in the mountains"—an excuse I've never heard in all my years of mountain travel. « The property is conveniently located between Thun and Spiez, with easy bus access to both towns. The bus stop is literally right downstairs, making it very easy to get around. The view of the lake is absolutely fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped, although we mostly enjoyed eating local cheese and cured meats instead of cooking! Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay for a family of four, and we would definitely come back. »
