„I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. “

"Unterkunft eignet sich fĂŒr eine Übernachtung nach Ankunft oder vor Abflug in Entebbe aufgrund der NĂ€he zum Flughafen. Wegen des frĂŒhen Abflugd konnte ich nur an einem Morgen frĂŒhstĂŒcken, was in Ordnung war. Anders als erwartet wurde mir der Flughafentransfer in Rechnung gestellt; trotzdem stimmte das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis insgesamt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man kann sich aber per Uber einfach vor Ort mobilisieren."
