„Overall our stay was ordinary the property has amazing views from both the restaurant and the rooms and the staff are really nice. However the property is let down by lacking proper management and the overall confusion with check in and sorting out problems during our stay,we had no hot water for the 3 days and there was no wifi until the last day only due to other guests continuously complaining until rectified.we also felt sorry for staff that got spoken to very rudely by another group of ...

„I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. „The facilities are new and beautiful. They overlook the small crater lake Munyanyange which hosts birds year round and lesser flamingoes in July/August. The staff are excellent. The chef is superb! Very close to a gate for Queen Elizabeth. Staff helpful in arranging tours and walks as desired. An up and coming location, I believe.
