« If I could give Valerie’s place more than 5 stars I would. This is the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the amazing backyard garden with the fountain and many seating options was just what we needed after a long day’s drive. The cottage is well stocked with snacks and fresh baked good were provided in the morning. I will definitely stay here again if I’m going through Ukiah. »

« Checkin was smooth and easy. Checkout was the same. We loved the location! Close enough to everything but just far enough away to make it feel secluded and private. We will definitely be booking it again! »

« The house was very clean and worked perfectly for our visit. Just a note to others who may be visiting here: 2 of the bedrooms are attached so it might not be suitable for 3 couples. But for families with kids, or 2 couples, (as we were) it would be fine. Well located in a quiet neighborhood. »

« Was as advertised and close to many things downtown. Would have liked to know in advance that no shoes were allowed inside, preferred slippers. Otherwise, very nice and great location. Host was very responsive. »

« We really liked the house. Everything was charming, neat, and clean. The kitchenware was lovely, and the mattresses suited us perfectly. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Just one little cherry missing on top of the cake — tea is absolutely essential… both black and green. The air conditioners were powerful, and the neighborhood was pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful home! »

« The cabin was clean and perfect for our family for the size of 7 we still had plenty of room. Nice and quiet location with a back yard view. You can also fish in the back from your porch but the only thing is at night is do not open the back patio door or mesquitos will get inside. »

« We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! I looked forward to it every evening the pressure and hot water is perfect and the quality shampoos and soaps provides smelled wonderful! « We got to stay at this property and use it as a great post wedding brunch for a few of our family members. It was one of the best decisions we made about the wedding because we got to reconnect with so many of our friends post wedding day! The pool and the entire house was absolutely beautiful and everyone had a place to hang out and reconnect. I’m so happy we were able to stay here. Thank you again! »

« I came up with my teenage son and some of his far-flung friends who usually only meet on zoom and wanted to have a getaway together. They cooked, hiked and played board games. Everyone liked the house. It looked even nicer than the pictures. Very roomy. Lovely rural area to explore. Everything we could want for our stay except the wifi could be better. There was decent cell service though. »

"Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu. Notre chambre était impeccable : propre, bien décorée, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable (frigo, micro-ondes) à disposition. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien. Des petites attentions appréciables comme le savon, le shampoing et un sèche-cheveux sont également fournis. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !"
