Blue Cottage is a relaxed South Coast getaway just a 3-minute walk to Racecourse Beach, close to Mollymook, Rennies Beach and Ulladulla Harbour.

Ideal for families, extended families, couples and groups travelling together, the property combines a spacious 4-bedroom main house with a private detached granny flat, accommodating up to 12 guests. Flexible sleeping options for larger families and groups!

Enjoy ocean glimpses, fast Wi-Fi, multiple living areas, fully fenced yards and a large covered verandah with BBQ — everything you need for an easy coastal getaway.

Detached Granny Flat – Sleeps up to 3
Ideal for grandparents, teenagers, a couple or guests wanting a little extra privacy.

Both the main house and granny flat have hard flooring throughout, making the property practical for families and pet-friendly stays.

💤 Additional Sleeping Flexibility
For larger families and groups, a folding single bed is available upstairs, with spare linen and bedding stored in the upstairs wardrobe.

A lightweight blue convertible sofa chair can also be moved between living areas and unfolded into an additional single sleeping surface. Guests using this option should bring their own bedding.

The main house also features two large, comfortable sofas (one in each living area) that may provide additional sleeping flexibility for children. These sofas are not included in the advertised bed count, and guests wishing to use them for sleeping should bring additional pillows and blankets.

There is parking for up to four vehicles, and an outdoor surf shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach — or wash the sand off four-legged guests.

Pets are welcome at Blue Cottage. Pets must remain downstairs and are not permitted in bedrooms or upstairs living areas.

The property features hard flooring throughout, making it easier to keep clean and comfortable for families and guests travelling with pets.

Pet mattresses are provided in the laundry, and there's an outdoor surf shower for rinsing sandy paws after the beach.

🔑 Guest Access
Guests enjoy private access to the entire property, including the main house, detached granny flat, verandah, BBQ area, front and rear yards, laundry and carport.

There are no shared spaces — the property is yours for the duration of your stay.

📝 Other Things to Note
Linen, towels and basic pantry items are provided, along with a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning products.

Additional linen for the upstairs folding single bed is stored in the wardrobe. Guests planning to use the convertible sofa chair or living room sofas for sleeping should bring their own bedding.

Blue Cottage is in a quiet residential area, so we ask guests to respect our neighbours. No parties or events are permitted, and outdoor socialising in the backyard and BBQ area should finish by 10pm.

Only registered guests may stay at the property.
