To add further insult - At this point reception has shut and we could not check out. Returned the key the following day and raising issues again the response was yes many guesses complained?!!!!! Do not stay here at any cost - as it’s also not the cheapest we did not only loose a day off our holiday but also money paid. Not happy. "
