„What a view! This quaint, rustic cottage boasts a gorgeous view of the lake from its living room window. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We spent our days exploring Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, chasing waterfalls and seeing local sights. Our evenings were spent sipping wine by a fire in the beautiful stone fireplace. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock in the mornings. We would book this cabin again if we returned to the area.“

„The property is easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the harbor. There was ample parking. The door and lock are secure. Decor is cozy with a small living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. The beds and linens were very supportive and comfortable. It’s about a 12 mile driving into Houghton and we were a little surprised at the remoteness of the property. But if you are looking for a scenic, peaceful experience, this is it.“

„The cottage was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to see lakers/ships pass in front of the cabin when the weather was clear as well as see stars from inside the cabin with the large picture windows. There is one bedroom with a double and twin bed and there was a king bed in the master bedroom which was very comfortable. „Brought niece and her 2 teens to visit family in Gladstone. 12 yo nephew LOVED fishing!! Everyone went out in kayaks, paddleboat, and played yard games. Exceptionally clean and stocked with what we needed. Reached out to owners for a couple questions and they replied immediately. Definitely recommend this place. “
