„The property is well maintained and appears to have been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner, especially the locally sourced beef. The onsen was also nice, although it was smaller than those at some other onsen hotels. There is one indoor pool and one outdoor pool, so the facilities are relatively limited in size. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with ...

„It was such a relaxing stay! Onsen tub in the room was great! Staffs are super helpful and friendly. They are professional and polite.“

„Great Value“

„Hostile & discriminatory attitude towards non-Japanese customer, severely damaged glass in room, unfriendly attitude overall, breakfast service poor with many dishes unavailable from 8 am already - never again!“

„The breakfast was delicious. The room was dated, the furniture and carpet stained and it had a musky smell. We attended a wedding at the hotel and that was fabulous, but it seems that they only care about the wedding business and not about their hotel rooms.“
