„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„Schöne, alte Bausubstanz. Fußboden ist sehr laut. Man hört die Schritte der Zimmernschbarn. Zimmerservice kommt nur alle paar Tage. Sicherlich muss nicht jeden Tag eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden, aber vielleicht die Mülleimer geleert und die Verbrauchsmittel aufgefüllt.“

„The service at the hotel was great. Every team member had a smile and was helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. I didnt care for the bathroom layout. It was small and the toilet paper holder was in an awkward spot. The toilet reminded me of a public toilet due to its design. Those are minor irritants. The view was amazing! We were on the 23rd floor overlooking the river. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at Wolfgang Kitchen. The food and service was great. The skywalk to DeVos ...

„Room is very stylish and includes the amenities you need. There was a safe, a drink cocktail mixing set, starbucks coffee pods and a sleep sound machine! Area is close to many restaurants and the concert venue we came for. Owner was quick to reply to all messages and helpful with special requests of a feather free room. Bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this location. “

„The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!“
