« The room was clean and everything worked. The staff was friendly. Room stay included breakfast. It was typical hotel fare but with longer hours than usual which was convenient. The hallway carpets were filthy and never vacuumed during our 6 day stay. Same with the stairs. Had a washer and dryer which is atypical except at long-stay facilities but the dryer was broken. »

« The room had dry mud on the carpet,they,dead insects on the walls, dull lighting, all kinds of flying insects along with roaches, dirty shower and window curtains »

« House is as advertised. Fireplace was not functioning. Property manager entered the wrong code for our entry. I feel like the cleaning fee is a bit high. Setting is gorgeous! Fire pit needs clean out and the grill needs cleaning/refurbishingz »

« Captain’s quarters is a clean, comfortable cottage near Fishing Bay Yacht Club. We enjoyed having coffee on the screened porch and listening to the rooster down the Lane crow. The owner was responsive to questions and everything was just as it was described. Would love to stay here again for regatta weekend! »
