„I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and I’ve only ever gotten a room on the first floor, which is kind of like the basement although there is access to the parking lot I guess the property is built into the side of a hill if that makes any sense. Anyway, this time my room was quite obviously updated compared to the last few times I stayed so I don’t know if they’re going room by room or what but this room was refurbished in the last year or two is my guess. „Big ugly casino hotel“

„Room was very clean, smart TV was ready for use and logged in with a message welcoming us by name. Linens fresh. Staff were very friend and check in was super quick and easy. Areas that could have been tweaked for the best experience: the eggs and hashbrowns and coffee at breakfast buffet were cold when we got food at 7:30am. The warming stations did not appear to have heat under them. We also had no shower soap in our room. Minor things that could have made things that much better. “
