Hotel Vagator

« They canceled our reservation as our plane was landing. When we called to tell them our arrival time, they said they were closed for renovations. I'm not sure what to believe, but we had no other communication with them. No follow-up, no apology. »

« It was a very nice hotel-food was good the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and the location was very convenient »

« Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property »

« Everything is good place, staff, cleanliness also owner strongly recommended 👌 »

« Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended. »

« Personal hilfsbereit. Gym quasi nicht existent. Zimmer wurden zuverlässig gereinigt. Zimmer haben kleine Makel. »

« The stay was equipped somewhat okay. We did miss two chairs inside our room. The pool was not very clean and some of the staffs were kind of passive and not very welcoming. Overall I would say the stay was okay but could do much better, given the other facilities available, including the adequate parking and the swimming pool. »

« The staff were all very kind and the courtyard was amazing! »
