« Excellent -- attentive, helpful and friendly -- staff!! My room was very clean and was kept clean during my 6 nights in the hotel. The restaurant was also excellent. There are three pools in this hotel, which is also impressive. I am more negative about three matters which are probably less relevant for most people. « I liked the location in the country side. I did not like that even though I had a reservation they did not seem to be expecting me. I also did not like the fact that the room smelt musty. And I did not like being told by the reception person that he was busy smoking g and that I would have to wait for his help. The breakfast was not much as it had been well picked over by a tour group. »

« Great family hotel. The hotel manager is very accommodating. (Five stars for Armen!) He helped with some unusual requests that came up due to family emergency and misunderstanding during booking. The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. The rooms are spacious and clean. I travelled to Dilijan for a conference, but the town is famous as a vacation destination. »
