Welcome to our spacious Lion 4 Bedroom Mountain View Residence in the heart of Vail. This residence is located at The Lion, Vail's newest luxury residence property in Lionshead.

Guests can enjoy a range of amenities including free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and housekeeping services every other day. Our residence features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a coffeemaker, and a refrigerator. Relax with entertainment options such as a flat panel TV and cable TV. Each residence is designed with comfort in mind, featuring an alarm clock, temperature control, and luxurious bedding. For added convenience, we offer cribs at no charge. As a guest of The Lion, you'll also have access to the property's own on-site amenities: a heated indoor lap pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna and fitness center, a game room and kids' playroom, an outdoor courtyard with fire pit, ski valet and lockers with boot dryers, and a business center. Access to The Arrabelle's amenities (ski valet, breakfast, pool) is available separately for an added fee and is not included with your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Great news! As of May 12, 2025, all fees are now included in the final booking price.

• Check-in takes place at The Arrabelle at Vail Square front desk. Your residence is located at The Lion, a short walk away. Your included amenities are those on-site at The Lion (heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, game room). The Arrabelle's on-site amenities (spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, breakfast, and ski valet) are not included but can be purchased for an additional fee — please coordinate with the front desk for pricing and availability.
• The Tavern is a seasonal restaurant, closing for a period each offseason in the Spring & Fall. Exact dates will be available closer to the closure.
• End-of-stay cleaning is included—housekeeping is offered every other day for 3+ night stays, and extra cleaning is available on request for a fee.
• Crib: No charge
• Parking: Included
• Pets: Not permitted, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA.
• Falsification of the number of guests in the unit can result in additional fees.
