„Really love the ski in and ski out component of this place and the customer service was stellar! We did not realize this condo was below grade (in the basement with any windows looking a concrete wall.) We stayed in another room last year with views and expected that. The floor was separated in some place and key amenities, like rugs, were not there. Always great to ski in and out but will look for a different unit next time. “

I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the most expensive with the least amenities. No vaporizer. No bottled water. No literature telling about nearby restaurants, pool, hot tub, etc. No tray for your ski boots to drain. “
