Ski all day, then soak it off. Pride's Den is a modern, freshly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Simba Run in Vail, with free garage parking, a ski locker and a free shuttle to the villages. Come back to an indoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a sauna, then gather around the kitchen island for dinner. It sleeps six, with a king suite and a bunk room built for grown-ups.



WHY GUESTS LOVE PRIDE'S DEN



Made for families and groups of friends. Two bedrooms, two full baths and a layout that keeps everyone together without tripping over each other.



Lifts without the car. Park once. In winter, Simba Run's free shuttle runs to Lionshead, Vail Village and Golden Peak on a daytime schedule and into the evening. The free Town of Vail bus stops right at the top of the garage driveway.



The pool everyone talks about. Simba Run has the largest indoor heated pool in Vail, plus two hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor), a sauna and a fitness room, all a short walk inside the complex. Guests mention them in review after review.



Peaceful views. The windows look out into the trees, with the peaks beyond.



Kitchen and coffee. Stocked like home: real cookware, spices and pantry basics, wine glasses and a dishwasher, with an island that seats three and a table for three. Every Sun Up Stays condo and townhome has the same morning ritual: our house roast, Kicking Horse Three Sisters whole beans (or a quality local roast if we're between restocks), a burr grinder and a Technivorm Moccamaster.



Comfortable and quiet. Two modern full baths, a washer and dryer in the condo, updated lighting and furniture, Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, and a tucked-away corner of the complex that stays quiet at night.



Sleeping. Primary bedroom: king bed with en-suite bath. Bunk room: a premium full-over-queen bunk made for adults, sturdy and roomy enough for grown-ups on both levels. Sleeps 6.



Parking. Free garage parking for one car (clearance 6'9"), a real perk in Vail. Taller vehicles can use the surface lot next to the tennis courts. A second vehicle can be added for a fee at the front desk.



GOOD TO KNOW

- The condo is up one flight of stairs, with no elevator to the floor. It's in a secluded part of Simba Run, so expect a short walk from the garage; we send a map before you arrive.

- Pick up keys and parking information at the Simba Run front desk. Arriving after the desk closes? Your keys will be in the after-hours lock box.

- The fireplace is decorative (LED candles). Wood fires aren't allowed.

- There's no air conditioning (rarely needed in Vail) and no grill in the condo.

HOUSE RULES

Up to 6 guests. Primary renter must be 25 or older. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events. No smoking anywhere, including decks and balconies. No pets. Check-in 4 PM, checkout 10 AM. Early check-in or late checkout is free when the schedule allows; we confirm the day before. The front desk can hold luggage.
