„This is a great small rental. Perfect for two couples. Our problem is with the poor WiFi that does not support the TV nor regular WiFi browsing. We tested the signal numerous times and finally asked to move the next day. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay without WiFi, this is a really nice place. The service from the rental company was very helpful but I would consider another place if you need working WiFi or tv. “

We did a lot of cooking ourselves and while the kitchen was small, we were able to make it work. Great spot for people looking for a place to stay after a day on the mountain. Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to lovely Alma, fabulous Fairplay and also Breckenridge for more of the tourist bits. It's easy to access great hikes and easy to head off further into the mountains for day adventures.
