« Hôte très agréable. Explications tres fournies pour récupérer la clef et petite vidéo explicative très utile. L'appartement est spacieux bien équipé et bien situé. Le parking est facile dans la rue. Seul petit bemol, aucune chaîne de télévision internationale (voire quelques-unes en Français). Dommage quand on reçoit une clientèle étrangère. Je recommande cette location »

« A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!! »

« Lovely apartment in the heart of Lucca. In historical town there is no elevators in houses so be prepared to climb few steps to reach the flat. However, it's something what anyone with healthy legs and back can do. Instructions to get inside the building were clear and simple. There is a fans on the bedroom roof . Apartment itself is nice, clean and recently furnished. If someone is afraid about noice coming inside from out, I would say it's nothing extraordinary comparing to similar cities...

« My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

« Excellent choice of 2 bedroom stay in Pisa, very quiet and peaceful, great location for buses and trains to travel to Lucca and Massa. Lovely 30 minute stroll through the clean and interesting streets lined with shops and nick nacks to the Tower of Pisa. The host, Julian, was a delight to meet and this is highly recommended for your stay in Pisa, excellent cooking and bathroom facilities, including a nice outside patio🙂 thank you Julian, see you soon x »
