Gutes Apartment in Strandnähe
Der Aufenthalt in Jordi’s Apartment war sehr entspannt und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Valencia. Das apartment ist in direkter FußNähe zum Strand und hat alles was man braucht. Vielen Dank!

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist perfekt. Der Strand direkt um die Ecke und viele kleine Restaurants im Umkreis. Die Wohnung ist Zweckmäßig. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Valencia.

Familienurlaub August 2019
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut erreichbar. Es besteht direkte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr (Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen). Das Haus ist unweit vom schönen Sandstrand. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe. Gute Ausgangslage um überall hinzukommen. Vermieter hat bei der Ankunft bereits auf uns gewartet und war jederzeit erreichbar. Es ist alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt, vorhanden. Es ist sehr viel Platz für eine Familie. Im Haus befinden sich mehrere mobile Ventilatoren (ohne würde man im August nicht schlafen können). Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist zum Wäsche waschen und trocknen sehr nützlich. Ich persönlich kann das Appartement für Familien mit Kindern ab ca. 6 Jahren empfehlen. Die Kinder sollten sicher im Umgang mit Treppen sein. Danke an Ana und Jordi!

Great place to be close to the beach
Nice studio apartment close to the beach. Property was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking - cutlery,pans,pots and even coffee,tea and some condiments and spices. Good for couple and can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a extendable sofa bed. Tram and buss stops are very close and will take you to the historic centre of Valencia literally straight from your doorstep. Check in was nice and easy.Host is very friendly and will explain you how to get around Valencia. Even if you are not Spanish talking person,he will use Google translater and everything will be sorted. Definitely recommend this place. If you are looking for very quiet place than bare in mind that tram is passing by from 4am until midnight. That didn't bother us.

Petite maison très fonctionnelle, parfaite pour un couple. A 2 pas de la plage, face au tramway.
La maison est parfaitement placée dans un quartier où il y a tous les commerces de 1eres nécessités. A pied, elle se trouve à, à peine, 5 min de la plage et à 10-15 minutes, de la zone de restaurants donnant sur la plage et de la marina. Elle est à environ 15 min du centre ville en tramway lequel passe dans la même rue que la maison. Donc si vous êtes sensible aux bruits, cela peut être un inconvénient (même s'il y a peu de tramways et de bus, la nuit). Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour profitant de la mer et de la ville. Une location de vélo proche de la maison nous a permis de découvrir la côte au-delà de Valence. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons même pu nous baigner, en ce début novembre ! Excellent accueil du propriétaire (qui nous a accueilli à minuit car notre avion atterrissait à 23h30).

Super séjour en famille
Notre séjour en famille était parfait. Logement à même pas 5 minutes à pied de la plage, proche des arrêts de bus pour visiter la ville. Aucun problème pour se garer, nous recommandons pour ceux qui veulent à la fois être au calme et avoir la possibilité de tout faire en transport en commun. Merci Jordi pour sa disponibilité. petit studio conforme aux photos ....un peu sombre ....non loin de la plage et des moyens de locomotion.....fait face a un jardin et un terrain de foot....et surtout pres du Marcabanyal sorte de halles gourmandes ,bien agréable si on ne veut pas trop cuisiner. a revoir .... le matelas du lit. Tres bien pour un couple et peut etre un enfant

Une location magnifique
Rien à dire c’est une petite maison très chaleureuse, pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer, la plage se trouve à 200m ainsi que le port ou les soirées sont très festives, beaucoup de commerces à proximités, pour aller visiter Valencia il y a bus, tramway, métro . Nous avons été très bien reçu par le propriétaire et toujours disponible si besoin. Si vous souhaitez passer de bonnes vacances à Valencia tout en profitant de la plage, n’hésitez pas à réserver cette petite maison vous serez pas déçu.

This house is a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and 10 to Port. Good space for a large group with plenty of sleeping space and 3 bathrooms / shower rooms. Everything you needed was provided. Jordi was extremely helpful organising transfers to and from airport and information on what to do, where to eat etc. Buses and trams running in and out of the city centre from outside the house made it easy to access. Would recommend and hope to return.

7 amici per un weekend.
Jordi é un padrone di casa accogliente e disponibile. La casa è comoda e con tutti i confort. Siamo stati benissimo. La zona è perfetta per la spiaggia e la movida ed è ben collegata con il centro con bus, metro e taxi a poco prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

4 dias de maravilla en Valencia
La casa nos parecio excelente, en perfecto estado, es tal como muestran las fotos, limpia, ordenada, todo funcionaba bien. Cocina bien equipada y heladera bien provista, ropa de cama y de baño mas que suficiente. El barrio es correcto, asi como la playa cercana, todo con mucha actividad pero tranquilo, sin ruido, el paseo sobre la playa es muy lindo y transitado tanto de dia como de noche. Frente a la casa pasan varias lineas de bus y tranvia que conectan rapidamente con muchos lugares. Hay tambien una maquina expendedora de titulos de transporte que acepta dinero o tarjeta. Hay un mercado publico y varios supermercados a proximidad y si le gusta caminar, se puede llegar a la Ciudad de las Ciencias y los jardines del Turia en unos 30 minutos de marcha. Pero lo mas importante es haber conocido a Jordi y a su pareja, 2 personas excelentes que hicieron todo lo posible (y lo lograron) para que nuestra estancia en Valencia fuera una experiencia inolvidable. Hemos alquilado varias veces con Homeaway, y siempre hemos quedado satisfechos, pero nunca tuvimos un trato como el de ellos. Gracias a los dos !!! Desde ya recomiendo, no solo la propiedad, sino sus propietarios. Eduardo Montreal - Canada
