Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming house for rent in Valensole, featuring a heated swimming pool, with a floor area of 250 m² set on a 20-hectare estate and able to accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 90 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 2,500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor
- A 90 m² living room with a sofa, TV, bar, grand piano and fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A 15 m² mezzanine with a library
- A 90 m² dining room with a bar counter and a table football table
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, TV…
- A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190), a walk-in shower opening onto the bedroom, a toilet and a washbasin
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with a shower, toilet and washbasin

On the first floor
- Bedroom 3: with a king-size bed (180x200) and a desk
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a TV
- A bathroom with shower and bath, double washbasins and a bidet
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house.

- Manosque–Gréoux-les-Bains railway station, 15 km away, or Aix-en-Provence railway station, 75 km away (around 50 mins by car)
- Marseille-Provence Airport (MRS), 75 km away

- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
