âCozy little room besides a river and 4 minutes from the sea away in a little village. I really liked it and could sleep well. Although there is the river that you can hear all the time but i liked that. Don't expect too much from the village but it is beautiful. The host really knew the surrounding area and what to do.

âWhat a hidden gem The Annex, Rose Cottage is. Perfectly situated if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life! Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten.

âVery good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend

âNice apartment, ideal positioning, Illfracombe is very steep, but lovely walks to be had. Car parking is free after 6pm in the town also. We didnât use the facilities but pool looked a decent size.
Cushions on the bed were very hard. Could maybe do with a couple of soft ones in the wardrobe as a just incase. Lovely place overall. â
âThe booking on hotels.com stated that the property was pet friendly and dogs stay free. When the booking was confirmed, we were told that pets were ÂŁ35 per pet and not as advertised. Avoid if you have pets.â
