Due to the location you are car dependant - located about 1 hr north of DFW airport. You can take walks outside if the weather allows. The interior of the rented space is upsatirs, spacious and minimalistic. Beds & pillows are comfortable, with a lg bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a TV room (Netflix and more). « This is our second visit to the Dwelling Place. We visited last Thanksgiving and knew we would be back! McKinney is a wonderful place and the Dwelling Place is within walking distance of all locations; coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and attractions. It is literally in the middle of North Dallas and all roads lead to its location.We had a wonderful visit in August. Everything was green and growing, with flowers blooming. "This hotel is perfect for travelers who are just in transit and driving their own vehicle. My wife and I stayed there for 5 nights but it is impossible to go for a walk and find a shopping center around there. We were lucky because we have a relative who made our life easier while we were i vacation. But I recommend it because it is very clean; all the staff members are very polite and the area is very safe!!"
