This was our third stay. Enjoyed a recently renovated room - very comfortable king size bed - spacious, clean room. Close to the airport - convenient shuttle service and if the shuttle service isn't running they will reimburse you $20 with a taxi receipt. Staff always friendly and helpful. this has become our go-to place when passing through Vancouver!

Check in was quick and easy, friendly staff, room was dated (making it smell nasty) but otherwise seemed clean and well maintained. My hairdryer didn’t work but staff made all efforts to ensure I had access to another (unoccupied) room with working dryer. Shuttled to airport was efficient. Food options nearby within walking distance.

Terrific front desk staff made check-in comfortable and easy; deeply appreciated their friendliness and good manners. This is not a glamorous area of Vancouver, but if you need to be near the airport for speed and convenience, the Accent Inn is welcoming and clean.

I always stay here when I’m travelling. It’s clean, the rooms are decent and it’s very close to the airport and there are restaurants within walking distance. The free airport shuttle and park and fly are great. My only issue is with the shuttle driver (April 2024), he couldn’t speak English, he was horribly rude, he chucked our luggage in the van carelessly, didn’t greet us, and even made someone cry!

Very comfortable bed but the pillows were too stuffed and hard on the neck to sleep on. Some people may like this but perhaps having a variety of density in the pillows would keep everybody happy. However, that is our only complaint. The staff was friendly and the room was huge and very clean. And, even though this hotel is right by a busy road, it was quiet in the room. We will, definitely, be staying here again.
