Zimmer geräumig, mäßige Sauberkeit
Das Zimmer war groß, da es rollstuhlgeeignet war, waren z.B. die Küchenseife extrem niedrig. Das Zimmer war mäßig sauber, wurde nach unserer Mitteilung jedoch nachgereinigt. Es gibt allerdings keinen täglichen Zimmerservice, so dass z.B. Mülleimer zwischendurch nicht geleert werden.

It was very blustery, with high winds the night we stayed here, while there was a bit more noise due to the high winds we still got a good nights sleep thanks to the good bed.

Everything was great. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. I even received a phone call upon my return home from the staff addressing an observation that I had made about the room as I was checking out. I will stay here again when I go to visit my family in the area.

The elevator was down due to renovations and more so going up 3 flights of stairs each time was a work out.

It sounds like the situation with the elevator being down for renovations made your stay a bit more challenging, especially having to climb three flights of stairs each time. That must have been quite the workout! Renovations can sometimes disrupt the usual conveniences of a hotel, but it's understandable that improvements need to be made. Overnight stay at Candlewood.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived. We were offered a different room but chose to wait for the room we reserved. This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel.

Property was in a decent area the staff was great but they only clean the room once a week. You have to go to the front desk to get new towels after a couple of days. You have to empty your own trash and put it outside the door. The halls had peoples trash outside of their room.I understand about the shortage of staff.

Quiet, comfortable hotel
Candlewood is a very quiet, comfortable hotel located near several restaurants and walking trails. Great for an extended stay. Only downside was the elevator, which was being serviced the morning of our departure. Great staff - from the reception desk to housekeeping to maintenance, all very friendly and over the top helpful

This place was adequate but not amazing for me. I woke up on Saturday morning to find that the lobby coffee machine wasn’t working. The guy at the front desk attempted to fix it and wasn’t able to so I said I would walk to Starbucks, which was nearly a mile away. He never bothered to tell me there was another coffee shop right in the parking lot. Sure I could have figured that out but overall it just didn’t feel like a super welcoming place. I didn’t feel that there was any sense of. Oh gosh we want to make this right for you. It was just “sorry”
