• Fully equipped main kitchen with a large island, plus a separate fully equipped prep kitchen, so groups can cook at the same time

• Dining area with table seating 6, plus 3 bar stools at the island (Additional seating can be made available on request if needed)

• Lower level home theatre with a large projection screen, reclining leather seats, and surround sound

• Lower level game lounge with foosball, a sofa, and a TV for gaming, next to a wet bar with a wine fridge and island seating

• Dedicated office with a desk for remote work

• Primary suite with a king bed, French doors to a private balcony, and a spa-inspired ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub, rainfall shower, and double vanity

• Two main floor bedrooms with French doors opening onto the fenced lawn

• Every bedroom has a private or Jack-and-Jill ensuite, and one bathroom features a steam shower with a built-in bench

• Covered patio with seating for 4 and a charcoal BBQ, opening onto a fenced lawn

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire main residence, including the fully equipped main and prep kitchens, the living and dining areas, all five bedrooms with their ensuite baths, the dedicated office, the home theatre, the game lounge, and the wet bar. The covered patio with charcoal BBQ, the fenced lawn, the in-home laundry, and the driveway (parking for up to 4 vehicles) are also for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Edgemont is a quiet, leafy residential neighbourhood on the North Shore, close to the local shops, cafés, and grocery stores of Edgemont Village. Nature is right on the doorstep, with Capilano River Regional Park and Cleveland Dam a short drive away, and Grouse Mountain just up the road for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Downtown Vancouver is an easy drive across the Lions Gate Bridge.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around, and the driveway fits up to 4 vehicles. Downtown Vancouver is ~20 minutes by car via the Lions Gate Bridge. Local buses run along Edgemont Boulevard and Capilano Road, connecting to Lonsdale Quay, where the SeaBus crosses to Waterfront Station downtown. Rideshare and taxis are readily available on the North Shore.



Other Things to Note:

• The main residence is fully private, with no shared entrances or exits. A separate basement suite with its own private entrance is located on the left side of the house. Guests do not share any indoor space with the suite, though the driveway may be shared occasionally.

• Please note that the home is spread across multiple levels, with stair access connecting all spaces.

• As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home.
