Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, bathrooms, the main and basement kitchens, indoor pool area, backyard, and dedicated office space. Please note that the fireplace is not available for use, and the indoor pool is not heated.

Getting Around:

Located in the heart of Vancouver's Arbutus Ridge neighborhood, this home offers excellent connectivity to the city's public transit system. Just steps away, you'll find several bus routes:​



- Route 25: Provides east-west service along King Edward Avenue, connecting UBC to Brentwood Station.​

- Route 33: Runs along 16th Avenue, offering access to UBC and 29th Avenue Station.​
