« Traveled with newborn and the ac was out. No technician on site and would have to travel from another town. Couldn’t stay in the room and all rooms were booked. Would not recommend. »

« When looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, everything was too expensive for my short trip so I chose The Star on Spring in Springdale which is literally down the street. It was so convenient! The hotel is on a side street in a cute town square area. Plenty of food options and shopping in walking distance. The hotel check in is easy with a code to the front & back door as well as the room. The hotel was very clean and stylish and looks fairly new. No windows inside the room made sleeping...

« We were originally in a room that was not a suite and had a full size bed instead of a queen. They were able to move us to another room for the second night. The showers in both rooms had low pressure. There was no drain plug in the sink. The staff was polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to everything you need.
