„Staff is helpful and that’s the biggest positive about this hotel. The location while close is not really close as you have to take a rickshaw to get to temple and ghats are far. The location is near a Urinal and smells really bad. The biggest issue I faced on day 1 was unclean bathrooms and unchanged bedding. They changed my room since the toilet leaked. What was a genuine 11/10 was the staff - they went over and above to ensure that my guests had a great stay from the minute they landed at the airport to the time they took off. „Hotel.com First of all please remove from 3 star category. Its not even worth 1 star hotel . need lots of improvement, rooms are stinking. Slowest Wi FI connection, better not to offer ruining image of India, as many foreign tourist are opt for this hotel. “

Water was gushing out of the tap controller, and no water could get up to the shower head. We were the only customers in the restaurant, and the food was not good. Reception staff kept hanging around even after we gave a tip. In the end we had to close the door on them“
