« Studio très agréable pour 2 personnes. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel avec tous les produits courants et d'accueil pour démarrer la location. Propre et rénové récemment avec grande terrasse donnant sur le square. La communication avec la gérante Giulia a été toujours bonne et ses réponses étaient réactives. Le studio est proche de toutes les commodités et très calme. Je recommande pour un séjour agréable à Rome. »

« What a super comfortable, clean, and beautiful oasis from the hustle and bustle of being conveniently located in the best central area to walk to Trastavere, grocery store, Jewish quarter food, all main attractions and even the Castle St Angelo or St Peters. The towel are thick cotton but dried without a dryer so a bit scratchy. There are many stairs but you would not have the best thing about the apt without them, the terrace and view!!! « The location of the house was good. It was about a 15 -20 min walk from the Termini Station. There was a restaurant and ice cream place on the street. The grocery store was about 8 mins away. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a couple of coffee makers. But the kitchen table was in one of the rooms where there are couches (that can be used as beds) not the kitchen so that was a little inconvenient to use while people were sleeping. « This property is in a basement level and has evidence of mold. The owner has dehumidifier running in all the rooms, but the filters have not been changed and are filthy, and does not improve the basement smell at all. We had to leave and make a separate reservation as I was told that it was advertised as an underground apartment, The posting showed multiple apartments as it is a managed by a group, and it was not evident that the unit would be a basement level.
