„A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!“

„The house was everything that was promised. The pool outside was great, the sauna as well and the rooms were nice as well. It's a very short way to the beach and there are two supermarkets in walking distance. The best part was that Simonetta is extremely helpful, gives great recommendations and always assists with questions. The only downside is that the bikes that you can rent are not the best. That's not Simonettas fault, there is only one bike rental shop in town and it just doesn't have the ...
