« The room was not very clean. There was a booger on the curtain and next to the bed. Conditioner bottle was empty. Bathroom and shower was extremely small. Ice machine on our floor was out of service during our entire 5night stay. The “water park” and indoor pool featured in the pictures are at a differs location that requires a 5-10min walk or free shuttle. Very disappointed! »

« Nice quiet place to stay. Easy walk to the beach, across from the workout center and close to the pickleball courts, simple layout, newer washer/ dryer that works works great. Very convenient. Older place but fine accommodations. Would stay there again. »

« The hotel has become dated. Furnishings in lobby are nearly tattered. Stained. Upper hallways are nice. Bedroom was austere. No dust ruffle. Only sheets. Thin blanket. Had to call for towels. We had two bath towels two hand towels. One circle soap. One shampoo and conditioner. Coffee pods- 2. Never replaced. Vinyl floors not cleaned under the bed. Crumbs and fuzzies. TV only had Samsung Channels. Restaurant had 2 staff members. We had reservations but left to eat off the property. Pool was...

« I really enjoyed everything about this stay. Everything was exactly the way it was displayed online. Great communication with the host. »

« It is a beautiful place. We loved the location and the view. The only thing was the floor was dirty and there was thick dust on the baseboards behind the bathroom door. When wearing socks, the were blackened from the floor. »

« I was so pleased with this unit. Everything felt homey and clean. It is a 3rd floor unit, and I'll say the stairs are worth the comfort inside and view. When I visit Surfside again, it would be a pleasure to stay here again. Smaller community, cute pool, excellent beach. Just the extra little things that make the difference »
