  • Das noble Gebäude Ca' Nal aus dem 19. Jahrhundert liegt mitten im Herzen Venedigs: le Marzarie sind nur wenige Schritte von Rialto und S. Marco entfernt auf der historischen Brücke “dei Bareteri”.

    Fünf luxuriöse Apartments, jedes davon einzigartig gestaltet: Fußböden in original antikem venezianischem Terrazzo, Wände und Decken mit Fresken verziert oder mit originalen Holzbalken, mit fantastischer Aussicht.
    Der weitläufige, freundlich helle Wohnbereich ist mit eleganten Möbeln eingerichtet. Der Schlafbereich mit den großzügigen Schlafzimmern und eleganten Badezimmern bietet jeden Komfort; ebenso die Küche, die mit allen Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet ist.

    Die komplette Renovierung des Gebäudes erfolgte im Frühjahr 2015. Dabei wurde der typisch venezianische Stil mit edlen Materialien und modernen Elementen kombiniert – eine Baukultur, die von den Venezianern seit Jahrhunderten so gepflegt wird.

Location, location, location! Perfectly located central to everything. Huge space with plenty of room for everyone. We were family of 5 adults and it was very comfortable. Great hosts- excellent communication and good recommendations.

Amazing location with plenty of space. This apartment was in the heart of all the action with only a few minute walk to San Marco Square. Alberta was a delightful host and handled any need that presented itself. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if our future travels saw our way to Venice again.

This was a great place to stay. It was a bit tricky to find, but I think that’s to be expected with all the turns and alleyways in Venice. The apartment was exactly as described, with one of the bedrooms being bigger than expected. It does have a third bathroom without a toilet, but don’t plan to spend any time in there as it is enclosed and hot. The location is good and Alberta the hostess was great to work with.

Fantastic!

The apartment was better than expected. Spacious, comfortable and well located. An easy walk from the boat stop from the airport it was hidden down a side street. Generous rooms, large shower rooms and comfortable beds. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return!

Great stay in Venice!

We had a great time staying at Ca'Nal.The apartment was as advertised...clean, equipped with everything you will need and a perfect location with a fantastic view of the canal. Alberta was a fantastic host communicating with us before our trip with all the information we needed to make our stay in Venice amazing. She greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were settled in and gave us some great spots to visit during our stay.Would definitely stay at Ca'Nal on our next trip to Venice.

Venezia Getaway

Great spot in a prime location. Short walk to St. Mark’s Square. The VRBO was exceptionally clean which is a major point of emphasis for us. The host was amazing with great recommendations and connections for private taxis to airport. We had an amazing time! Thank you.

Amazing Property

Amazing property right in the heart of Venice. 5min walk in any direction and you are in San Marco square or the Rialto Bridge. Clean, modern apartment with AC. We will return!

Great Location!!!

We just stayed here for three nights and the property was fantastic! So clean and set up with everything we needed for our group of 7. Communication with Alberta was easy and she always responded quickly and was extremely helpful! We used her recommended private water taxi to arrive from the train station and to depart to the airport and it was definitely the way to do it. The property is in a great location where it was easy to step out the front door and explore the city. I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again next time we’re back in Venice!

Stay in Venice

Great location. The place was clean and we appreciated it had a washer. The air conditioning worked great. The rooms were spacious and there are two bathrooms. Although it lists 3 bathrooms, the third one is only a bathtub. The place was perfect for our family. This place has two flights of stairs to get to it. Not ideal if someone has a disability. For our family it wasn’t a problem.

Great location

It was easy to walk to St. Marks Square, and the Rialto Bridge. Also easy to get to Teatro La Fenice and the Accademia. We had six guests. Bedrooms were great. Two of the 3 bathrooms were excellent. The third bathroom only has a tub and no toilet, and it only has a six foot ceiling. That made it a bit tougher than expected for the third couple traveling. But overall we enjoyed the property. Cool views from the bedroom and dining room balconies of the canal.

In The Center Of It All

Went to Venice with 2 other couples (3 couples total) to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The location of the apartment was incredible. Off of a small canal that can be reached by private taxi and not far from the public taxi stops. San Marco, the Doge's Palace and the Basilica are 3 minutes away, Rialto Bridge as well. Even though we were on a very busy pedestrian walking path we had no problems sleeping at night. The wooden shutters on the exterior close and block out sound and light. *The manager Alberta was fantastic and very responsive. Before the trip she contacted us to make sure we understood where to go, gave us private taxi information and really tried to make sure we understood about the bathrooms, which were probably my least favorite aspect. *The master bedroom with the burgundy finishings was very, very large and had an ensuite with shower, sink, toilet, bidet *The center bedroom was off of the front hallway and was a nice size and was across the hall from a large double sink bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet. *3rd weird bathroom is directly off of the hallway, next to the large double sink bathroom. This bathroom is functional, but not awesome. It has a sink, shower and also the washing machine. The ceiling is VERY LOW and NO TOILET. Third bedroom is off of the dining room, and is the smallest room, but has a lovely balcony overlooking the canal and bridge. You have to step down two stairs and into the hallway to the bathrooms.

Sehr attraktive Wohnung in idealer Lage

Sehr netter und persönlicher Empfang! Wir wurden von Alberta Malgara am Steg des Wassertaxis abgeholt und zur Wohnung gebracht. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Sehr großzügige Wohnung mit zwei kleinen Balkonen direkt über dem Kanal “Rio dei Baruteri” inkl. Blick auf vorbeifahrende Gondeln. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Super Wohnung, sehr zentral, sehr schön ausgestattet, wir sind begeistert :-)

Für uns waren das sehr schöne Osterfeiertage, das Wetter war schön, die Wohnung war fantastisch, Frau Alberta Malgara eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, kurzum, wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Venedig ist eine wunderbare Stadt und man sollte sie gesehen haben, dazu noch ein so schönes Quartier, wo man seine Beine ausruhen kann, was will man mehr.....
