Charmant appartement dans le Sestiere de Cannaregio, à quelques pas d\'un quartier résidentiel animé.

L\'appartement dispose de 3 chambres, 2 avec un lit king-size et une avec deux lits jumeaux, un grand salon, une cuisine confortable et bien équipée et une salle de bains avec douche.

L\'appartement est au premier étage d\'un immeuble indépendant rien que pour vous. Les fenêtres donnent sur la rue avant et sur un jardin privé calme.

Le marché (poissons et légumes), les épiceries, les pâtisseries et les cafés sont très proches.

L\'appartement a une entrée indépendante et le bâtiment est fait pour vous. La propriété est au premier étage avec seulement 15 marches à monter.

My family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed at Ca'Giulia for 6 nights. It was perfect. Very spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed apartment, walking distance to everything. For a week we felt like true Venetians. We would get pastries at the bakery down the street for breakfast & necessities from coop next to it, we tried many of the neighborhood restaurants and we had such a great time. Our favorites were Agricole and Venetica for dinner and Times bar became our regular spot for evening cocktails. It was very easy to connect a check in with Freddy and he was very helpful throughout our stay. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else if we ever make it back. The only downside was the internet, husband tried to work a few hours here and there but it was challenging.

The apartment was a good size but it was much darker than in the photos with virtually no natural light in the lounge room and two of the bedrooms. The wifi was terribly slow and patch and the floors were dirty. The lounge has a small TV, but it doesn't have any free to air channels. It only worked in you logged in to your own streaming platform. But because of the slow wifi that was tricky.

My family & I had a wonderful stay at this large property. We had plenty of room to spread out and the a/c worked so well! I loved the area where we were located. Very close to lots of restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. We will definitely be coming back!

Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults, although there is only one bathroom. The location is great, in a quieter area but still close to restaurants, shops, and vaporetti. The AC worked well and was much appreciated.

It’s a nice location in Venice, not far from all the touristy attractions but it still manages to get away from all the noise. Apartment is spacious and has AC. Those are all pluses. The communication with the welcoming contact was not very good, but it was better with the property owner. The shower is small and not that clean. The pillows are not that comfortable and the blankets are very thin. So when we turned on AC because it was hot during the day, we were cold during the night. The blankets in the closets didn’t look clean, so we didn’t use them.

We were a family group of five adults and one infant. There was plenty of space for everyone. We were within easy walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery shopping and more. The beds were comfortable and the space was very usable. Cuter in person.

Virkelig skøn lejlighed med alt vi havde brug for lige nedenfor. Roligt kvarter, indkøb og gode restauranter, cafeer. Lejligheden har god plads til vores familie på 6 og fordeling af soverum fungerede godt. 2 indvendige dørhåndtag drillede lidt, men ellers er alt i lejligheden i orden. Meget nem og effektiv dialog med værten.

What a wonderful apartment! Tucked away from the super busy spots but close enough to walk anywhere. Such a great neighborhood! The apartment is very cute and spacious and includes anything you might need. Our host Frederico was more than hospitable! He sat down with us and gave all sorts of recommendations from restaurants to sight-seeing to which taxis to take where. Truly a great find! Thank you!

It past our expectations. We had exceptional communication with Federico y Cristina. They offered many ideas on how to get around and very good restaurant recommendations. I liked how the apartment was very clean. The only downside was that the wifi was a bit slow.

The apartment was very lovely, spacious and comfortable for 4 female travelers. Communication and check in were very easy. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. We would stay here again on another visit.

The apartment was HUGE especially for Italian standards. The location is absolutely perfect as it is in a cute little neighborhood with everything you need just outside your door. It is a 3 minute walk to the Waterbus (the only affordable way to travel through Venice). We traveled through the entire country of Italy and this location, apartment, and city was the favorite of all 4 of us. We traveled as a family of 4 (mom, dad, 17 year old daughter, and 14 year old son) and everything was perfect!

This apartment was in a perfect location. You felt right in the thick of it all and then could escape to you private 3 bedroom modern apartment. It was clean, our host took the time to show us where to go, and it was easy to go grab a quick bite, or something at the grocery store if needed. I would stay here again anytime I come back. Nice appartement for two couples traveling together. There is only one bathroom but it is a good size. It is situated a close walk from the train station and was easy to find. Our host was waiting for us upon arrival and provided a lot of helpful information about the city regarding transportation, places to visit and eat. It was clear our host was passionate about her city and all it had to offer. We followed many of the her sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed. Given the appartement is located in a nice neighbourhood filled with shops and restaurants one can expect some noise. This made sleeping in the bedroom facing the street more of a challenge. The 3rd bedroom made for a better option when the noise became too loud. Keeping in mind this is a city surrounded by water the entrance way that houses the stairwell leading to the appartement smelled damp and musty however this fortunately did not carry over in to the apartment itself. We truly enjoyed our time in Venice despite the short stay.

The property was very comfortable for my family of four. Although it could easily accommodate a couple more. It was hot in Venice so the A/C felt great. We had a great kitchen and common space. The beds were comfortable and clean. Even had a nice washing machine for our clothes. Silvia was very helpful with instructions on how to arrive. And she did a great job explaining a few things about getting around in Venice.
