This is a very nice, spacious and comfortable two bedroom two bath apartment right by St Marcos Square. More than enough room for the four of us. The rooftop terrace was a nice touch, a nice place to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The Rent and Relax staff were very responsive and answered messages very quickly. They set up water taxis for us to and from the airport.
The apartment is up a few flights of narrow stairs which was fine for us, but be aware there is no elevator to take luggage upstairs, nor is this a place for anyone who has trouble with stairs.
Right downstairs from the apartment is a bustling shopping area with restaurants. It can be a bit loud at night, but nothing that kept us up or bothered us. Be careful at some of the restaurants near Saint Marcos Square as they suggest food and wine that is unreasonably priced sometimes and it’s easy to get taken advantage of. That said, there were many people that were very nice to us.
I recommend rowvenice.org for a fun activity, a bit off the beaten path.
We would recommend this without hesitation!
