Aufgrund von nächtlichen Geräuschen habe ich gefragt, ob es möglich wäre das Zimmer zu wechseln. Der Herr an der Nacht-Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend, entschuldigte sich ehrlich und hat mir sofort ein anderes, wunderbares Zimmer zugeteilt. Es war grösser als mein ehemals Gebuchtes, wirklich wunderbar! Auch das Personal an der Bar war überaus freundlich und zum Aperitiv gab es leckere Häppchen dazu. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön augestattet. Würde man nur kurz reinschauen, würden einige vielleicht sagen es sei schäbig. Das ist es aber ganz und gar nicht! Man taucht in die Vergangenheit ein, es hat Scharm. Alles war sehr sauber und es hatte etwas würdevolles an sich. Auch die geografische Lage ist meiner Meinung nach fast nicht zu toppen. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit ist man am Markus-Platz (5') oder bei der Rialto-Brücke (5'). Natürlich ist man inmitten der Touristenströme, diesen kann man aber ohne grosse Probleme ausweichen. Vom Hotel aus konnte man in alle Richtungen die Stadt zu Fuss erreichen (Hauptinseln). Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Very nice Hotel direct in the hart of Venice....can only be recommended. the service was phenomenal, and we used the hotel concierge for the planning of our stay in Venice. They did that super. Breakfast and Lunch in the restaurant was super. Only to be recommended.

Very nicely located and friendly staff
Very nicely located and the staff was friendly and trying to serve all clients. When it was "rush hour" at the restaurants (regardless if breakfast or dinner) the service quality went down. The food quality is ok but a bit overpriced (and don't they really have someone who knows how to prepare white asparagus ?) The rooms are smaller than you may expect and the interior as a bit outdated. However, the beds and air condition where good and the noise level was ok (when the windows are closed) Just as hint: The hotel can't be reached by a water taxi when it is low tide!

Einziger wirklicher negativer Kritikpunkt ist, dass es einen Morgen beim Frühstück so voll war, dass es erhebliche Wartezeiten gab und fast unmöglich war, einen Kaffee zu bekommen. Ansonsten alles super.

Super Lage, super komfortable Zimmer
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zwischen Markusplatz und Rialtobrücke. Es kann direkt mit einem Wassertaxi erreicht werden (allerdings ist das nicht günstig, 80€ pro Weg) Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu renoviert, das Zimmer war komfortabel, das Bett super bequem. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren leider nur kurz und haben unsere Mahlzeiten in der Stadt eingenommen, können also Nichts dazu sagen. Aber im Vorbeigehen hat es sehr lecker ausgesehen. Ein Highlight ist sicher die Terrasse im 5. Stock, ideal um den Abend susklingen zu lassen. Allerdings hat es nicht allzuviele Plätze, eine Reservation ist zu empfehlen.

Top Lage !
Ein schönes Hotel. Alles tiptop. Wegen Covid war es nicht so angenehmen/gemütlich da es kein Buffet gab beim MorgenEssen. Lage absolut TOP ! Besser geht nicht. Schade dass keine RestaurantPlätze draussen. Ansonsten würde ich dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen

Nice Place to stay
Das Hotel und die Betreuung durch das gesamte Personal hat uns extrem gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Kanal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, obwohl es Einschränkungen gab wegen COVID-19. Das Schutzkonzept im Hotel wird sehr gut umgesetzt. Die Lage ist Zentral und man ist in wenigen Fussminuten bei der Rialto Brücke oder dem Markus Platz.
