Guests can enter The Vistas of Vermilion via a gate code. Once in, there are designated parking spots for Unit B. The entry way to Lighthouse Landing is up a set up stairs that lead to a private entry way. In addition, you have access to the entire beach and marina area to walk around, or take a Kayak out.
