„Errin and Sam’s properties are beautiful, modern and clean. Whereas the majority of old buildings in Burlington and Winooski look shabby. Hopefully this area will overcome its housing shortage. If my daughter is still living in Burlington next August, I will be booking with them again. 🙂“

„This new property listing’s chiefest assets are its location, being close to the lake, park, and downtown shopping/dining areas. The posted photos are accurate for this cozy, charming & whimsically appointed apartment. The bath, kitchen & dining areas were extremely comfortable & well-supplied (though we didn’t do any cooking). „The apartment was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. We appreciated the welcome snacks and coffee set up. The location was ideal and we could walk to the lake, the market place and around town. Communication was excellent. We had a problem on travel day on our end and Laurie was great working with us to make everything work out for us!“

„The apartment is very cute, the kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews the bathroom is extremely small with the toilet in an awkward position and a sink so small you will get more water on your feet when washing your face. The two sets of stairs are very, very steep and small, and there is nothing blocking the opening at the top so not the best for very young children.
