Fit our basic needs when our preferred lodging fell through
The location fit our needs with a grocery and drugstore nearby. This place is better geared for young people and young families that aren't concerned with cleanliness and noise. It was not a quiet oasis. The laundry situation was not what I expected. I found 4 washers/4 dryers on the main level that were packed with filthy clothes from mountain bikers washing their mud caked clothes from the rain. The machines were really gross. The poor cleaning staff was hustling to try and keep up with mud on floors, elevators, laundry. People were lined up to wash clothes and I spent 3 hours running from floor to floor(when I heard of a "secret Laundry" on the 4th floor as well) to wash 2 loads. The cleanliness of our unit was subpar and our socks were very dirty. I would not stay here again, but grateful that we even found this when our first accommodations fell through. The bed was quite firm and the pillows were pretty flat. That being said, the communication with the property manager was excellent, and she did her best to rectify what she could.
