« We were surprised at how close we were to the party venue where we were going … just 100 metres … fabulous and more by luck than anything! I see the property is up for sale … hopefully a new owner might still do Stayz! It was perfect for the night and would recommend. »

« Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back. »

« I visited with my mother and aunt for a girls weekend away and the location to gallery walk made this the perfect place to stay. Parking was easy and the accomodation had everything required to make us comfortable. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant downstairs for dinner and it was lovely. »

« The property was dirty, linen, pillows & doona was awful, thin, stained & looked dirty with no top sheet, pillow or mattress protectors, couch was filthy covered in unknown stains, no soap, shampoo or toaster. All the furniture was shabby, worn & dirty. Cobwebs, walls grubby, security on the doors was very average 1 decent push on the back door from the outside & it would have come open, shower curtain was grotty & mouldy, no doormat, outside light not working, rear yard was overgrown, unmowed &...
