"Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace. La chambre supérieure nord est très grande avec une grande salle de bain et wc séparé et un petit balcon. Des bouteilles d'eau sont offertes et machine à café et bouilloire mais capsules supplémentaires payantes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien. Et une place de parc est disponible. Le mieux est l'espace spa avec piscine extérieure et intérieure avec transats, hammam et sauna et salle de fitness le top. Les massages étaient complets on n'a pas pu tester."

"We wanted to escape the heat and also use a Hotels.com reward night (although we still had to pay 80 + 25 for our dog for the 160 CHF standard room) at the end of July. The staff was friendly and when we asked whether there is surely an aircon, since it was under the roof, they went somewhere to confirm and said "Yes the room has aircon". Well, the room did not have aircon! They had removed the remote. It was not super hot in the room, but we were not happy. We were also not happy to find trash under the bed (bad cleaning!) and that the minibar wasn't on (we needed the "fridge" for fruits). We were given a better room, but they said they have a problem with the aircon. Just so you know: THEY DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. However, the room was still fine and not too hot. Surprisingly, the baths were also really nice and refreshing even though it was 34 C outside and the baths are all 30 C+. I would absolutely not recommend it for the full price though."

"Génial. Bonne situation géographique et personnel sympathique. Le jacuzzi avec la vue sur les montagnes est un must Bon restaurant et excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits maisons."
