« The location is great. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service, Rafaela, was amazing but Tony the manager was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I thought he was having a bad day during my arrival but other people staying at the same time as me complained about the same issues. No good instructions provided at arrival and did not see him at the hotel at any other day during our 6 day stay. Did not answer questions or answers did not answer questions. It will help to have...

« Très beau séjour. Merci pour l’accueil »

« Very noisy and misleading. Booked this stay on here based on the photos and description which show a majestic villa in the mountains… what is purposefully not shown is that both the bedrooms & pool / seating area are within less than 10 meters of a very busy major road. Trucks, bikes and cars travel past at all hours of the day and it is very difficult to relax and sleep. I was woken multiple times in the night and when I mentioned this to the manager I was met with no response, very...

« Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer. Alles bestens 👍 »

« The service provided by all workers at this facility is exceptional! The property is a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. The property and rooms are immaculate. The restaurant is also gastronomically amazing! No regrets and I hope my review will encourage others to consider La Tuja! »

« Nice big rooms very clean a great views »

« We had an amazing stay at Lampare Mare. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Martina was always responsive and helpful, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Camilo, the chef, is not only an outstanding professional but also a wonderful person and a great friend. Alessandra was always kind, friendly, and attentive, making every meal even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere...
