„Good facilities and location, however poorly ran. Before we arrived we could not access check in information as their system claimed we still had to complete payment, ignored 2/3 emails asking for this to be resolved. Took multiple phone calls to finally fix this. Broken AC, reported on 1st day was reassured it would be fixed and it was marked as urgent, was never fixed.“

„Totally(and i do mean totally!) equipped apartment - fully renovated, everything brand new. Attentive (and lovely} hosts Matt and Steph (i mentioned i would like to watch a U.S. news programme- instantly provided cable} really want guests to be happy. „I had a lovely stay at this cozy place and truly appreciated the host’s warmth and hospitality. As a new host, they were very responsive and eager to help, which made a big difference when we encountered a couple of minor issues. The Wi-Fi was down for a day and the water heater took a little longer to sort out, but the host kept us informed and worked quickly to resolve everything. "Die Feuchtigkeit in dem Zimmer war relativ hoch deswegen finde ich das nicht so sauber wegen nassen Boden und feuchten Geruch. Die Klimaanlage bzw. das Luftfiltersystem muss in dieser Situation verbessert werden. Darüber hinaus gibt es drei Aufzüge, von denen jedoch nur einer funktioniert, sodass sowohl für Kunden als auch für das Personal lange Wartezeiten entstehen."
