Bien situé mais déception
Hôtel bien situé, à une trentaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville. Le tram 71 qui vous conduit au centre est a deux minutes de l'hôtel, le métro à 10 minutes ainsi que la gare par laquelle nous sommes arrivés de l'aéroport. Il y a des commerces à proximité pour faire les courses, ainsi quelques restaurants. Au niveau de l'hôtel, cest un bel immeuble avec ascenseur et l'entrée par code est très pratique. Concernant l'appartement en lui-même, nous avons été très déçu de la propreté : très poussiéreux dès notre arrivée, le lave vaisselle n'était pas débarrassé et de la vaisselle sale se trouvait dans les placards. Nous avons trouvé un bouchon d'oreille à côté du canapé lit. Les draps de la chambre semblaient propres mais étaient tâchés. Le ménage n'a pas été refait tout au long de notre séjour de 5 jours et nous n'avions à disposition dans l'appartement qu'une balayette. De plus, le canapé lit du salon était très inconfortable, un trou entre l'assise du canapé et le matelas se situait juste au niveau des épaules une fois allongé. De manière générale, l'appartement est bien équipé, même s'il serait pratique d'avoir des crochets pour faire sécher les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Nous n'avions pas les chaines de télévision et la télécommande de la télé fonctionnait très mal, il était difficile d'accéder aux applications. Nous avions apprécié botre séjour dans cette ville magnifique, mais nous ne reviendrons sans doute pas dans cet appartement.

Καλή τοποθεσία σε κεντρικό μέρος και κοντά σε υπεραγορες. Πρόβλημα οι κραδασμοι από το τρένο ιδιαίτερα το βράδυ που μας δύσκολευε να κοιμηθουμε. Επίσης μειναμε 5 βράδια 6 ημέρας και μου αναφεραν ότι θα καθάριζαν το διαμέρισμα την 4 ημέρα, υπενθημισα τον υπαλληλο και κανονίσα να λοιπουμε όλη ημέρα αλλά κάνεις δεν καθαρισε.

Great location and comfortable studio
The studio was great, it had everything you might need including a soft bed and complimentary coffee. I liked that you didn't need a key (as you use codes instead), but it was a little nerve-racking not having received the code by the time I'd already left for the airport - this could just be because I'm not used to it. The location is quite central, just 30min or so walk to town, or you can take the tram which stops right outside the property. There are shops close by as well (Euro Spar and Billa) for any essentials or if you plan on cooking. There is also a train station (St Marx) just a 10min walk away which takes you to the airport in 18 minutes (for just 4.30 Euro!). The only downside was that you seemingly couldn't cast onto the TV from other devices, so as someone who doesn't speak German, there wasn't anything to watch when decompressing in the evening.

Great stay
Very good stay in Jimmy's and Vienna. Accommodation was clean, spacious and well equipped. A couple of small supermarkets and trams stops within easy walking distance. Only negative was the WI-Fi signal in the kitchen/sitting area, it was almost non-existent.

Loved this apartment. It’s close to a spar supermarket and there is a great pizza restaurant downstairs. Tram stop outside also. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. Loved Vienna and this was a great base!

Large space but it needs more than a bed and wardrobe. Kitchen stocked with microwave, dw, Nespresso machine. There is no oven. Washer Dryer in basement but takes forever to dry... typical European dryer. Location is great. Stores outside the door. Front door to building was often not closed all the way but I felt safe in this neighborhood.

Great accommodation
Clean, spacious and well-equipped. We went in the middle of winter and the apartment was comfortably warm, and has good links to the 71 tram into the city centre. Others have mentioned the noise of the trams being an issue, but we didn’t find it that bad- the trams also don’t run during the night, so it won’t keep you awake. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay
Great Stay here, really recommend as we were travelling with our one year old and the apartment was perfect. So much space, really clean, great kitchen and amenities to be able to cook for our daughter. Location also great a 20/30 walk into the centre of Vienna but tram also stops close by so really easy to get around

Our first time here and we had a great stay. A perfect little apartment for a Vienna getaway with plenty of amenities including very good Wifi . Communication with the property owners was excellent and they looked after our every need. Needed to print some train tickets and had a problem with the computer in the business centre but Kata was on site and helped me solve the issue. We also had to be moved from our original accomodation because of a fire alarm issue..so they moved us into an upgrade suite right next door! A short walk to public transit and Belvedere Palace...we will definitely be back.

Close to 100% perfect…
Fantastic apartment. Clean, spacious, walking distance to central train station and center of Vienna. Looking like brand new and well kept. Nearly 100% perfect, because I missed 2 hooks for used towels in the bathroom. But, I’m an annoying perfectionist.

Great apartment for family getaway
Really wonderful property and location! Super easy for public transit, etc. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable for our family (two adults and two small kids). Communication with the property was very easy (even when we had a small mishap where my kids locked their toys in the safe; the manager sorted everything out within an hour). Would definitely book again!

I LOVED staying here - such a great apartment - so well appointed and located.....spotlessly clean and the staff I met very friendly....I would say again - no question! 2 very small things - an electric kettle would be good and better pillows!

Needs a few extra touches
A few extra touches could make this an excellent property. The location is good -- not an exciting neighborhood but close to transit -- and the apartment is clean. But a few things would make a big difference. These include places to put up towels in the bathroom, an ice tray, a simpler coffee machine, a bread knife, a nice arm chair, and a more comfortable sofa. The bedroom was also quite tight for two people. There were unexpected benefits including a laundry machine, a computer and printer (though Jimmy should provide some paper). We found that we used the coffee machine in the common area because the machine in the room was virtually unusable.
