route bruyante en face de l'hôtel
Hôtel un peu an ient offrant pas mal de possibilités. Belle piscine, tennis, grandes chambres. Mais situé sur une route très fréquentée. Nous avions demandé une chambre tranquille et avions une chambre de coin. D'un côté la route au passage intense et de l'autre une école assez bruyante... La douche ne fonctionnait pas trop bien non plus. Dommage... le séjour aurait été plus symoa avec une chambre à l'arrière. Nous l'avions encore demandé à la reception mais ils n'ont pas voulu nous changer la chambre. L'hötel était loin d'être plein.

Ok property, ok staff. These are serviced apartments so not the same service as a hotel. A bit noisy. Sound come from other rooms. WIFI was terrible. Internet access dropped out often and sometimes for long periods. Would not stay there again.

The room was spacious as we reserved the 2 bedroom executive suite. The property was clean and it was nice to have in unit laundry since our stay was quite long. The pool was great and so was the daily breakfast buffet. The staff were nice and professional. The location was a bit of a challenge as there were not a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and hardly any street vendors. We like to eat local food when we travel. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

I was never disappointed with the service at Somerset. I have been to this hotel for the last three years. Very nice staff, quick check-in. Housing keeping is awesome!

The guy who checked us in the afternoon was not very helpful, welcoming or accomodating. He's more like a robot than a person. He made us felt that he's doing us a favour by staying in their hotel. Our 1st night was a horrible sleepless night due to the noise and uncomfortable room. However we were so lucky that the next day there was a nice and helpful guy Phetsamai who, with the help of his manager, assisted us with our issues and we were upgraded to a better room. Thanks heaps Phetsamai! The free use of the laundry room was great and the pool was simply relaxing after touring around on a hot day. Easy walk to town. Thanks to Em at the reception who has also been very kind and helpful during our stay.

Im allgemeinen ist Lage und Zustand der Unterkunft sehr gut. 2 Dinge, welche ich nicht so gut fand. Das Zimmer roch etwas muffig, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell an den Geruch,allerdings war die anfängliche Bemerkung dieses Geruchs auch immer gleich. Leider war das W-Lan über die gesamte Zeit sehr problematisch, immer wieder Verbindungsabbrüche. Die verwendete Technik funktionierte an anderen Orten in Vientiane ohne Probleme. Frühstück war in Ordnung, Preis desselben auch.

비엔티안에서 꽤 괜찮은 숙소
라오스 수도에서 이정도 가성비 좋은 숙소는 없을 것 같습니다. 모든 것이 훌륭하였는데 다만 밤에 밖에서 들려오는 오토바이 자동차 소음은 좀 거슬렸습니다. 겨울에 도착해서 수영장을 이용하지 못한 것이 좀 아쉽네요.

Ideal, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Vientiane. Komfortabel eingerichtete Appartments. Schöner Garte mit Swimmingpool. Gratis shuttlebus zum Flughafen und (nach Fahrplan) auch ins Zentrum. Das Zentrum ist aber auch zu Fuss in 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar.
