„This hotel was close to the airport which was good. They appeared to be doing some huge renovations so access at main entrance was muddled and hard to use as its on a very busy junction. The room was OK and quite clean but due to the work being done it's hard to say much more“

The main door does not close. No toiletries provided. No soap, towel or anything. Room was very dirty and so we're the sheets. Not at all how it shows in picture. Now they are not picking the call from Expedia to get my refund. Scammer hotel awarded. Expedia should be able to better help traveller like me to get my refund “

Especially the team at Mexican room. Every single one of them are eager to do something for you. Have to especially mention Shubham, he would go out of his way to help us out. Trident, you got a great team there. Until next time! “

Unfortunately our first room was smelling really badly, but the receptionist reacted perfectly and gave us directly a new room which was without any problems.
We tried two of the three restaurants as well as the in-house bar.
The Thai restaurant was absolutely fantastic and so was the Konan Cafe (Indian restaurant).
